  DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY! On the 5 May I ordered a bed from Sleep to Go in Sleaford, huge mistake! I was assured that it would be delivered on 5 June when I would be moving into my new flat. I was working down south on the day of delivery so set off a 5 in the morning in order to get to Yorkshire in time for it being delivered. I received a 'phone call when I arrived to say it would not be delivered until the Monday because of a loading problem! I was horrified as not only did I get up extremely early I only had the floor to sleep on for three nights! Not much fun when you have chronic back pain and aged 56! I was then told it would not be delivered until the Tuesday, despite being promised it will be there on the Monday! I was furious and after a few 'phone calls the Managing Director said a different bed will be delivered on the Monday. Unfortunately this was not very comfortable but better than sleeping on the floor! On the 7 July my original bed was delivered (two months after it was ordered!) after many 'phone calls and the threat of legal action. I asked on many occasions about compensation and was told they would give me a single duvet and a pillow, I told them I did not need them so £20 was offered which I turned down as this was an insult after being expected to sleep on the floor for 3 nights and make endless 'phone calls. I rang again recently about compensation but was told the Managing Director would contact me via email, surprise, surprise I have heard nothing and received no letter of apology. Instead of sweet dreams in a nice new bed on my day of moving into my new flat, it was nothing but a nightmare and made my back problem even worse. Sleep to Go, you are a disgrace!
